Do you have a physical retail shop?

YES, Our woodshop is located at:

 Do you ship Worldwide?

Yes, we ship Worldwide and we love our international customers! Our International customers must pay for shipping, We offer Free Shipping in the contiguous continental United States of America only.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. We use only UPS and we require a street address.


If you are a Canadian order and need it ship there, please email us and we will figure out your rates.

Please remember the Receiver is responsible for Duty & Taxes of their own Country at the time of delivery and not the White Pine Furniture Company.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order

 What are your delivery charges?

We offer local delivery in the Kalamazoo area only. This fee is waved and your items are boxed, ready for you to put them together.

 How can I pay for my order Online?

We tried to make payment as easy as possible for your convenience. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard.

Is my payment information stored?

No! We never save your payment information. We offer SSL Encrypted Checkout for your safety.

 Is my information secure on your website?

Yes, your information is 100% secure and we never sell your information to any third party. All information you provide will be used solely for processing your order and communicating with you. We might also send you monthly offers and discounts via email if you have subscribed.

Order Processing

In order to provide excellent service and speedy order processing, we cannot accept order changes or cancellations. Once you submit your purchase you will be unable to change quantities, add, or remove items from your order. 
Please be sure to review your order carefully before purchasing.

Prices and items are periodically subject to change. We reserve the right to correct typographical, descriptive and photographic errors. Orders based on incorrect information are subject to cancellation.

If your order is returned to us undelivered or refused, a refund is issued less return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping fees we are charged to ship it to you will be calculated and will be non-refundable...

We now hold all orders 3 business days, if there is an issue with your order we will contact you. If by chance you fail to contact us back, we will reverse the charges to your credit card or method of payment and cancel your order.

Orders placed on major holidays are queued for processing the next business day. 

Product Insurance Plan:

We offer a 3-year Product Insurance Plan if you register within 30-days from the date of purchase. You must send us a copy of your receipt via email to whitepinefurniture@gmail.com AND fill out the online registration form and agree to its terms. 

Duty & Taxes:

All export orders are insured to our US/Canada delivery point only. We cannot replace/refund merchandise that has traveled via a 3rd party carrier.

Picwood USA ships to Canada and the Continental United States at this time.

Please remember the Receiver is responsible for Duty & Taxes of their own Country at the time of delivery and not Picwood USA. 

 How long will it take to receive my order?

Normally, we try and ship within 3 business days of your order. During our peak time, it can be a week. We ship via UPS.

 Can my order be tracked once it has been shipped?

We provide you with a tracking number for your parcel. We really want to ensure that you receive your product on time and in good condition.

30-day Guarantee

We offer for 30 (thirty) day guarantee or return on faulty lumber or workmanship from our shop from the date of purchase. 

This company guarantee is only good for our wooden outdoor items that are not stained (polyurethane included) or painted and the "kit" has not been put together

Our 30-Day guarantee & return policy starts from the date of order and ends 30 calendar days later from the date of order.  

Our policy is to allow customers to return UNUSED (re-sellable - MUST NOT BE put together) undamaged product in its original packaging (Also known as Buyers Remorse). There is a 20% restocking fee, plus-minus any shipping fees "TO & FROM" the customer. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

This guaranteed does not cover the following:

 cracks, 
dents, 
knots, 
warping, 
customer misuse, 
over limit weight, 
breakage from misuse, 
wear and tear, 
left outside, and:
misuse of any other kind including but not limited to misuse of assembly. 

We will replace the piece that would be covered under this guarantee and not the whole product. 

This guarantee is voided if customer paints, stains or polyurethanes the product. 

We are not responsible for carrier damage. Please make sure you check your item for damage from the carrier. We are not responsible for damages once your item leaves our wood shop.

What should I do to my White Pine Furniture? 

It is recommended to paint or stain your white pine furniture then assemble it. If it is to be outside, we recommend using a nice dab of super glue on the bottom of the legs before you use it, let it dry then apply your paint or stain. The super glue will help seal the open area of the wood that will rest on the ground.

Do I bring my furniture in for the winter?

YES, we strongly recommend this.
